What are the terms of your SEO packages?
All SEO Packages are under a 6-month minimum contract. After you sign up, we will send you a contract in the mail stating all our terms and conditions, regarding payment and our Money Back Guarantee, which you will sign, agree to, and send back to us. After the 6-month period is over, you can decide to cancel or to continue your SEO services.
Can I cancel my SEO package before the 6-month period?
Since you will be under legal contract, you are not allowed to cancel during the 6-month period.
What if I decide to keep my SEO package after 6-months?
When you decide to stay with us after 6-months, you will sign another 6-month contract stating your agreement to receiving SEO services at the same rate as you signed up for originally. All our SEO contracts are 6-months long and we promise to never raise your monthly rate.
Can I upgrade/downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes, simply contact us and let us know which plan you’d like to switch to, and we’ll have your plan switched immediately.
What are your payment options?
We only accept Paypal as this makes the subscription process much easier. Paypal is also the most secure way to send and receive money online.
What if I don’t have a Paypal account?

When should I start seeing results?
Although all sites react differently, you should start seeing some movement in the SERPs within 2-3 weeks of the beginning of the link-building phase. The structure of Google’s algorithm makes SEO a long, slow process (or else rankings would be pure chaos!), but good rankings do come over time. Patience pays off in the SEO game.
How do I check the progress of my SEO services?
On the first of every month, you’ll be receiving a personalized SEO Report that includes all the details of your SEO campaign for the previous month and in general. And if you don’t want to wait until the first of the month, give us a call and we’ll update you on your campaign.
How are you able to achieve your rankings? What’s your secret sauce?
Just a lot of experience and research. When we notice that something works, we don’t forget it. And when we see that something is a waste of time, we discard it. No secret beyond that. And if you want to know “what works,” well, that we can’t tell you. :)
